BAMBOO

SAMURA BAMBOO kitchen knives are made of single-layered Japanese steel. The unique metal handle is shaped like a bamboo stalk. The design features and unparalleled Japanese quality mean these knives can be used in the professional HoReCa sector as well as at home.

 

 

  • The special polishing of the designer built ergonomic handle prevents the knives from slipping out of your hand, meaning they can also be used as table knives.
  • The lightweight metallic handle is hygienic and is seamlessly attached to the knife. It can be washed in a dishwasher.
  • European double-sided sharpening. The grinding angle is 15-17 degrees. Its perfect smoothness descends from the spine to the edge.
